以 斯 拉 記 4:16 ~ Ezra 4:16

我 们 谨 奏 王 知 ， 这 城 若 再 建 造 ， 城 墙 完 毕 ， 河 西 之 地 王 就 无 分 了 。 」

We are making known to the king that, if this city be builded and the walls finished, by this means a portion beyond the river thou hast none.'
