他 们 将 所 得 的 牛 犊 预 备 好 了 ， 从 早 晨 到 午 间 ， 求 告 巴 力 的 名 说 ： 巴 力 啊 ， 求 你 应 允 我 们 ！ 却 没 有 声 音 ， 没 有 应 允 的 。 他 们 在 所 筑 的 坛 四 围 踊 跳 。

So they took the bull given them, dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning until noon, saying, O Baal, hear and answer us! But there was no voice; no one answered. And they leaped upon or limped about the altar they had made.
