那 善 於 管 理 教 會 的 長 老 ， 當 以 為 配 受 加 倍 的 敬 奉 ； 那 勞 苦 傳 道 教 導 人 的 ， 更 當 如 此 。

Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and in teaching.
