豁 免 的 定 例 乃 是 這 樣 ： 凡 債 主 要 把 所 借 給 鄰 舍 的 豁 免 了 ； 不 可 向 鄰 舍 和 弟 兄 追 討 ， 因 為 耶 和 華 的 豁 免 年 已 經 宣 告 了 。

and this the matter of the release: Every owner of a loan to release his hand which he doth lift up against his neighbour, he doth not exact of his neighbour and of his brother, but hath proclaimed a release to Jehovah;
