我 若 不 明 白 那 聲 音 的 意 思 ， 這 說 話 的 人 必 以 我 為 化 外 之 人 ， 我 也 以 他 為 化 外 之 人 。

If then I don’t know the meaning of the sound, I would be to him who speaks a foreigner, and he who speaks would be a foreigner to me.
