他 吩 咐 我 們 傳 道 給 眾 人 ， 證 明 他 是 神 所 立 定 的 ， 要 作 審 判 活 人 、 死 人 的 主 。

And he commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that he it is who was determinately appointed of God judge of living and dead.
