我 是 從 天 上 降 下 來 生 命 的 糧 ； 人 若 吃 這 糧 ， 就 必 永 遠 活 著 。 我 所 要 賜 的 糧 就 是 我 的 肉 ， 為 世 人 之 生 命 所 賜 的 。

I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”
