耶 和 華 說 ： 到 那 日 ， 我 必 使 一 切 馬 匹 驚 惶 ， 使 騎 馬 的 顛 狂 。 我 必 看 顧 猶 大 家 ， 使 列 國 的 一 切 馬 匹 瞎 眼 。

In that day, says the Lord, I will smite every horse with terror and panic and his rider with madness; and I will open My eyes and regard with favor the house of Judah and will smite every horse of the opposing nations with blindness.
