然 而 那 些 人 竭 力 盪 槳 ， 要 把 船 攏 岸 ， 卻 是 不 能 ， 因 為 海 浪 越 發 向 他 們 翻 騰 。

Nevertheless the men rowed hard to turn the ship to land, but they could not; for the sea rose higher and was wroth against them.
