按 手 在 羊 的 頭 上 ， 宰 於 耶 和 華 面 前 、 宰 燔 祭 牲 的 地 方 ； 這 是 贖 罪 祭 。

He shall lay his hand on the head of the male goat and slay it in the place where they slay the burnt offering before the Lord; it is a sin offering.
