我 的 肺 腑 啊 ， 我 的 肺 腑 啊 ， 我 心 疼 痛 ！ 我 心 在 我 著 面 煩 躁 不 安 。 我 不 能 靜 默 不 言 ， 因 為 我 已 經 聽 見 角 聲 和 打 仗 的 喊 聲 。

My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart; my heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.
