以 賽 亞 書 45:7 ~ Isaiah 45:7

我 造 光 ， 又 造 暗 ； 我 施 平 安 ， 又 降 災 禍 ； 造 作 這 一 切 的 是 我 ─ 耶 和 華 。

I form the light, and create darkness. I make peace, and create calamity. I am Yahweh, who does all these things.
