我 ─ 耶 和 華 所 膏 的 古 列 ； 我 攙 扶 他 的 右 手 ， 使 列 國 降 伏 在 他 面 前 。 我 也 要 放 鬆 列 王 的 腰 帶 ， 使 城 門 在 他 面 前 敞 開 ， 不 得 關 閉 。 我 對 他 如 此 說 ：
