我 們 謹 奏 王 知 ， 這 城 若 再 建 造 ， 城 牆 完 畢 ， 河 西 之 地 王 就 無 分 了 。 」

We notify the king that if this city is built again, and its walls founded, the portion on the other side of the river shall no longer be yours.
