以 色 列 人 暗 中 行 不 正 的 事 ， 違 背 耶 和 華 ─ 他 們 的 神 ， 在 他 們 所 有 的 城 邑 ， 從 瞭 望 樓 直 到 堅 固 城 ， 建 築 邱 壇 ；

The Israelites did secretly against the Lord their God things not right. They built for themselves high places in all their towns, from watchtower to fortified city.
