П о тая причина израилтяните не могат да устоят пред неприятелите си, но обръщат гръб пред неприятелите си, защото станаха проклети; и Аз не ще бъда вече с вас, ако не изтребите проклетия човек изсред вас.

That is why the Israelites could not stand before their enemies, but fled before them; they are accursed and have become devoted. I will cease to be with you unless you destroy the accursed things among you.
