М оже би Господ твоят Бог ще чуе думите на Рапсака, когото господарят му асирийският цар прати да укорява живия Бог и ще изобличи думите, които Господ твоят Бог чу, затова възнеси молба за остатъка що е оцелял.

It may be that the Lord your God will hear the words of the Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria, his master, has sent to mock, reproach, insult, and defy the living God, and will rebuke the words which the Lord your God has heard. Therefore lift up your prayer for the remnant that is left.
