Т огава Илия му рече: Седи тука, моля, защото Господ ме прати до Иордан. А той каза: Заклевам се в живота на Господа и в живота на душата ти, няма да те оставя. И тъй, отидоха и двамата.

And Elijah said to him, Abide here, I pray thee; for Jehovah has sent me to the Jordan. And he said, As Jehovah liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee! And they two went on.
