Т огава Еровоам установи празник в осмия месец на петнадесетия ден от месеца подобен на празника, който ставаше в Юдея, и принесе жертва на жертвеника. Така направи и във Ветил, като пожертва телетата, които беше направил; и настани във Ветил жреците на високите места, които беше направил.

Then Jeroboam ordained a solemnity in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the solemnity that was celebrated in Judah; and he sacrificed upon the altar. So did he in Bethel, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made. He also ordered in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made.
