A nd David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David strengthened himself in Jehovah his God.

Também Davi se angustiou; pois o povo falava em apedrejá-lo, porquanto a alma de todo o povo estava amargurada por causa de seus filhos e de suas filhas. Mas Davi se fortaleceu no Senhor seu Deus.
