T hen all the children of Israel, and all the people, went up, and came unto Beth-el, and wept, and sat there before Jehovah, and fasted that day until even; and they offered burnt-offerings and peace-offerings before Jehovah.

Bấy giờ, hết thảy người Y-sơ-ra-ên và cả dân sự đều đi lên Bê-tên, khóc và đứng tại đó trước mặt Đức Giê-hô-va, cữ ăn trong ngày ấy cho đến chiều tối, rồi dâng của lễ thiêu và của lễ thù ân tại trước mặt Đức Giê-hô-va.
