a nd he said unto him, Thus saith Jephthah: Israel took not away the land of Moab, nor the land of the children of Ammon,

وَقالَ يَفتاحُ لَلمَلِكِ فِي رِسالَتِهِ: «هَذا هُوَ ما يَقُولُهُ يَفْتاحُ: لَمْ يَأخُذْ بَنُو إسْرائِيلَ أرْضَ مُوآبَ أوْ أرْضَ العَمُّونِيِّينَ.
