A nd Manasseh did not drive out the inhabitants of Beth-shean and its towns, nor of Taanach and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Ibleam and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns; but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

Manassés não expulsou os habitantes de Bete-Seã e suas vilas, nem os de Taanaque e suas virael aos levitas estas cidades e nem os de Ibleão e suas vilas, nem os de Megido e suas vilas; porém os cananeus persistiram em habitar naquela terra.
