T end the flock of God which is among you, exercising the oversight, not of constraint, but willingly, according to the will of God; nor yet for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

pastoreiem o rebanho de Deus que está aos seus cuidados. Olhem por ele, não por obrigação, mas de livre vontade, como Deus quer. Não façam isso por ganância, mas com o desejo de servir.
