a nd ruled in mount Hermon, and in Salecah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

Stăpînirea lui se întindea peste muntele Hermonului, peste Salca, peste tot Basanul, pînă la hotarul Gheşuriţilor şi Maacatiţilor, şi peste jumătate din Galaad, hotarul lui Sihon, împăratul Hesbonului.
