e lse must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once at the end of the ages hath he been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

De otra manera, a Cristo le hubiera sido necesario sufrir muchas veces desde la fundación del mundo; pero ahora, una sola vez en la consumación de los siglos, se ha manifestado para destruir el pecado por el sacrificio de sí mismo.
