F or thou art a holy people unto Jehovah thy God: Jehovah thy God hath chosen thee to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples that are upon the face of the earth.

Porque tu és povo santo ao Senhor teu Deus; o Senhor teu Deus te escolheu, a fim de lhe seres o seu próprio povo, acima de todos os povos que há sobre a terra.
