A nd this land we took in possession at that time: from Aroer, which is by the valley of the Arnon, and half the hill-country of Gilead, and the cities thereof, gave I unto the Reubenites and to the Gadites:

Tomamos posesión, pues, de esta tierra en aquel tiempo. Desde Aroer, que está en el valle del Arnón, y la mitad de la región montañosa de Galaad y sus ciudades, se la di a los rubenitas y a los gaditas.
