T hou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian, because thou wast a sojourner in his land.

Să nu-l dispreţuieşti pe edomit, căci este rudă cu tine. Să nu-l dispreţuieşti pe egiptean, pentru că ai fost străin în ţara lui.
