F or thou art a holy people unto Jehovah thy God, and Jehovah hath chosen thee to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples that are upon the face of the earth.

pois vocês são povo consagrado ao Senhor, o seu Deus. Dentre todos os povos da face da terra, o Senhor os escolheu para serem o seu tesouro pessoal.
