A nd we journeyed from Horeb, and went through all that great and terrible wilderness which ye saw, by the way to the hill-country of the Amorites, as Jehovah our God commanded us; and we came to Kadesh-barnea.

Am plecat din Horeb, aşa cum Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru, ne poruncise, am călătorit prin toată pustia cea mare şi înfricoşătoare, pe care aţi văzut-o, mergând pe drumul către regiunea muntoasă a amoriţilor şi am ajuns la Kadeş-Barnea.
