F or ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might become rich.

Denn ihr wisset die Gnade unsers HERRN Jesu Christi, daß, ob er wohl reich ist, ward er doch arm um euretwillen, auf daß ihr durch seine Armut reich würdet.
