A nd to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, not being myself under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;

Tornei-me judeu para os judeus, a fim de ganhar os judeus. Para os que estão debaixo da Lei, tornei-me como se estivesse sujeito à Lei (embora eu mesmo não esteja debaixo da Lei), a fim de ganhar os que estão debaixo da Lei.
