W hat then? that which Israel seeketh for, that he obtained not; but the election obtained it, and the rest were hardened:

فَماذا أقُولُ إذاً؟ لَمْ يُحَقِّقْ بَنُو إسرائِيلَ ما كانُوا يَسعُونَ إلَيْهِ. لَكِنَّ البَقِيَّةَ المُختارَةَ حَقَّقَتْهُ، بَينَما تَقَسَّى الآخَرُونَ.
