B ut as to Israel he saith, All the day long did I spread out my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.

أمّا عَنْ بَنِي إسرائِيلَ، فَيَقُولُ اللهُ: «مَدَدْتُ يَدَيَّ طَوالَ النَّهارِ نَحْوَ شَعبٍ عاصٍ وَعَنِيدٍ!»
