W hen Pilate therefore heard these words, he brought Jesus out, and sat down on the judgment-seat at a place called The Pavement, but in Hebrew, Gabbatha.

Al oír esto, Pilato llevó a Jesús afuera y se sentó en el tribunal, en el lugar conocido como «el Enlosado», que en hebreo es «Gabata».
