Y e are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost its savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under foot of men.

Vós sois o sal da terra; mas se o sal se tornar insípido, com que se há de restaurar-lhe o sabor? para nada mais presta, senão para ser lançado fora, e ser pisado pelos homens.
