h ow he entered into the house of God, and ate the showbread, which it was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them that were with him, but only for the priests?

لَقَدْ دَخَلَ إلَى بَيتِ اللهِ وَأكَلَ مِنْ أرغِفَةِ الخُبزِ المُقَدَّمَةِ إلَى اللهِ، مَعَ أنَّهُ لا يَجُوزُ لَهُ وَلا لِمَنْ مَعَهُ أنْ يَأْكُلَ ذَلِكَ الخُبزَ، بَلْ يُسمَحُ ذَلِكَ لِلكَهَنَةِ وَحدَهُمْ.»
