e ven of the children of Israel's half, Moses took one drawn out of every fifty, both of man and of beast, and gave them unto the Levites, that kept the charge of the tabernacle of Jehovah; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

De la parte correspondiente a los hijos de Israel, Moisés tomó una de cada cincuenta personas y uno de cada cincuenta animales, y se los dio a los levitas, los cuales tenían a su cargo el tabernáculo del Señor, tal y como el Señor se lo había ordenado.
