A nd they came unto the valley of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bare it upon a staff between two; they brought also of the pomegranates, and of the figs.

Apoi au ajuns în valea Eşcol; acolo au tăiat o ramură de viţă cu un singur ciorchine de struguri, după care doi dintre ei l-au dus pe un drug. De asemenea, au luat şi nişte rodii şi smochine.
