H e rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel; and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.

Ele repreende o mar, e o faz secar, e esgota todos os rios; desfalecem Basã e Carmelo, e a flor do Líbano murcha.
