T hen the presidents and the satraps sought to find occasion against Daniel as touching the kingdom; but they could find no occasion nor fault, forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.

Nisso os presidentes e os sátrapas procuravam achar ocasião contra Daniel a respeito do reino mas não podiam achar ocasião ou falta alguma; porque ele era fiel, e não se achava nele nenhum erro nem falta.
