C ry and wail, son of man; for it is upon my people, it is upon all the princes of Israel: they are delivered over to the sword with my people; smite therefore upon thy thigh.

Strigă şi vaită-te, fiul omului! Căci este scoasă împotriva poporului Meu, împotriva tuturor voivozilor lui Israel, cari sînt daţi pradă săbiei împreună cu poporul Meu; deaceea bate-te pe coapsă!
