T hey have seen falsehood and lying divination, that say, Jehovah saith; but Jehovah hath not sent them: and they have made men to hope that the word would be confirmed.

Ceea ce văd ei este deşertăciune, iar prezicerea lor este o minciună. Ei zic: ‘ Iată o rostire a Domnului! ’, când de fapt nu Domnul i-a trimis. Cu toate acestea însă, ei speră să li se împlinească cuvântul.
