W herefore thus saith Jehovah, the God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.

Darum spricht der HERR, der Gott Zebaoth: Weil ihr solche Rede treibt, siehe, so will ich meine Worte in deinem Munde zu Feuer machen, und dies Volk zu Holz, und es soll sie verzehren.
