A s for me, behold, I will dwell at Mizpah, to stand before the Chaldeans that shall come unto us: but ye, gather ye wine and summer fruits and oil, and put them in your vessels, and dwell in your cities that ye have taken.

Iată că eu rămîn la Miţpa, ca să fiu la porunca Haldeilor, cari vor veni la noi. Voi strîngeţi deci vinul, poamele de vară şi untdelemnul, puneţi-le în vasele voastre, şi locuiţi în cetăţile, în cari vă aflaţi!``
