Jeremiah 38:11 ~ Geremia 38:11

S o Ebed-melech took the men with him, and went into the house of the king under the treasury, and took thence rags and worn-out garments, and let them down by cords into the dungeon to Jeremiah.

Ebed-Melec prese con sé quegli uomini, entrò nella casa del re, sotto il Tesoro; prese di là dei pezzi di stoffa logora e dei vecchi stracci e li calò a Geremia, nella cisterna, con delle funi.
