A nd first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double, because they have polluted my land with the carcasses of their detestable things, and have filled mine inheritance with their abominations.

Mai întâi le voi răsplăti îndoit pentru vina şi păcatul lor, fiindcă Mi-au pângărit ţara cu formele fără viaţă ale idolilor lor hidoşi şi mi-au umplut moştenirea cu urâciunile lor.“
