A nd I will appoint over them four kinds, saith Jehovah: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the birds of the heavens, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and to destroy.

Denn ich will sie heimsuchen mit vielerlei Plagen, spricht der HERR: mit dem Schwert, daß sie erwürgt werden; mit Hunden, die sie schleifen sollen; mit den Vögeln des Himmels und mit Tieren auf Erden, daß sie gefressen und vertilgt werden sollen.
