Isaiah 44:15 ~ Isaia 44:15

T hen shall it be for a man to burn; and he taketh thereof, and warmeth himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread: yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.

Copacii aceştia slujesc omului pentru ars, el îi ia şi se încălzeşte cu ei. Îi pune pe foc, ca să coacă pîne, şi tot din ei face şi un dumnezeu căruia i se închină, îşi face din ei un idol, şi îngenunche înaintea lui!
